Job Summary:
We are seeking a Telecom OSS Product Manager with strong expertise in B2B service operations, PE Transmission, and Resolve-based workflows to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platforms supporting enterprise service provisioning, fault management, service assurance, and operational readiness. This role focuses on simplifying and automating complex B2B delivery journeys, enabling accurate order capture, design, build, activation, monitoring, and resolution for enterprise networks across IP, MPLS, Ethernet, SD WAN, and cloud connectivity services.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of enterprise service orchestration, SLA-driven assurance, trouble ticketing, workflow automation, incident resolution, and cross-domain coordination between engineering, NOC/SOC, and field ops. Strong skills in translating customer and operations needs into product requirements, optimizing E2E cycle times, ensuring first-time-right delivery, and enabling proactive service quality management are essential.
