Job Summary: As a Senior Technical Specialist (Agentic AI), you will lead the design, integration, testing, and deployment of Agentic AI applications. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, data engineering, and enterprise connectivity. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, DevOps, and facilitating cross-platform integration in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Integration & Architecture: Design and implement solution integrations across Databricks, ServiceNow, SAP, Snowflake, and Mulesoft. Architect containerized applications with secure connectivity to backend services. Develop and test APIs for integration across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Application Development & Deployment: Oversee the build of web applications compatible with browsers and MS Teams. Manage UI and backend deployments in SIT, UAT, and Production environments. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Access & Security Management: Implement authorization code flows and manage access tokens for user profile extraction. Coordinate with cloud engineering teams to provision secure access to Databricks Mosaic AI and other services.
Skills, Experience, and Abilities Required:
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, data engineering, and enterprise connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with system integration, containerization, and secure application architecture.
- Proficiency in API development, integration testing, and cross-platform troubleshooting.
- Strong background in DevOps practices, especially managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
- Experience overseeing deployments in multiple environments (SIT, UAT, Production).
- In-depth understanding of access and security management, including authorization flows and access tokens.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and cloud engineering specialists.
