We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our growing e-invoicing Professional Services team. In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant, leading the successful implementation of our e-invoicing platform for large, multinational clients across diverse industries and geographies.

You will be responsible for driving both internal and external project teams - from project initiation through to completion - ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Europe, the UK, and India, you'll showcase your exceptional communication and organizational skills across a range of simultaneous projects. This is a great role for a proactive, highly organized, and client-focused project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at anticipating and mitigating project risks. Note: Prior experience with e-invoicing platforms is not required. Comprehensive training on the platform will be provided prior to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, technical consultants, product development, and other departments, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using industry-standard project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or equivalent).
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular status updates to leadership, clients, and stakeholders, and handling any necessary adjustments to project constraints.
  • Manage project budgets and financial objectives, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to resolve project issues promptly.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Adhere to industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
  • Support onboarding of new team members, including mentoring, planning guidance, and quality control.

About You

You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • Demonstrable experience (typically 5+ years) of leading customer-facing projects, preferably in a global or multinational setting.
  • Experience working with global customers and managing projects across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional European languages such as French or German are a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, crucial for identifying project bottlenecks and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • E-invoicing, ERP, or SaaS implementation experience is a plus but not required - full training will be provided.
