Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:
Legion WFM Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Developer responsible for implementing and integrating Legion Workforce Management solutions with Kronos in cloud environments, focusing on scheduling, timekeeping, and budgeting/forecasting.
Key Skills / Knowledge:
- Expertise in Workforce Management (WFM) platforms, specifically Legion and Kronos.
- Strong understanding of WFM lifecycle: pre-scheduling, scheduling, timekeeping, budgeting & forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with Kronos WFC / WFM configuration and deployment.
- Proficiency in integrating WFM platforms with payroll, budgeting, and forecasting systems.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and WFM architecture best practices.
- Familiarity with Legion platform features: templates, compliance policies, labor rule engines.
- Experience in API-based integrations with HR, payroll, POS, and Kronos.
- Strong architectural design skills for high-scale, multi-tenant WFM systems.
- Understanding of AI-driven scheduling and demand forecasting concepts.
- Ability to manage global deployments and coordinate cross-functional teams.
