We are looking for an experienced Data Design Analyst/Data Modeler with 6 to 8 years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of data modelling for data migrated from Oracle to Azure Microsoft Fabric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models in Azure MS Fabric.
- Lead data modelling activities for Oracle-to-Azure migration initiatives.
- Define and optimize Medallion Architecture layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Translate business and analytical requirements into robust data structures.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, scalability, and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Key Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Strong experience in data governance, metadata management, and cataloging.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview (catalog, lineage, classification, glossary).
- Experience supporting cloud data platforms, preferably Azure MS Fabric.
- Understanding of data warehousing, Medallion Architecture, and analytics ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
