Role Description: We are looking for an experienced Data Change / Delivery Lead Azure Fabric Migration with 10+ years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of data migration and change delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration and change delivery from on-prem Oracle systems to Azure Microsoft Fabric.
- Own the data migration strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, including cutover and decommissioning.
- Manage cross-functional teams (data engineering, data modelling, governance, testing, and business SMEs).
- Oversee delivery across Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) layers.
- Drive governance around data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and audit readiness.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure timely resolution.
- Lead change management activities to support business readiness and adoption.
- Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
- Provide clear reporting on milestones, KPIs, and delivery status to senior leadership.
Key Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Strong experience in data migration and change delivery from on-prem Oracle systems to Azure Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience supporting cloud data platforms, preferably Azure MS Fabric.
- Understanding of data warehousing, Medallion Architecture, and analytics ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
