The Role:
UKG Pro Functional Consultant
Your Responsibilities:
- Experience with more than one UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions Implementation (configuration), Rollout and Support for more than one customer (large implementation with more than 100K, multiple countries, 1000+ stores).
- Hands-on experience with WFD configuration of Business Structure, Time Keeping, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Analytics & Reports, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration.
- Experience with the following modules in UKG Pro WFM: Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave, Attendance, Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, Activities, Business Structure, Release Management, HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies and calendars, Data Access Control Concepts, Custom Reports.
- Experience in UKG Pro Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules, etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new ones as needed.
- Experience in creating custom reports and experience with data migration to UKG Pro WFM.
- Experience in handling incidents, problems, changes, etc.
- Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
- Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
- Develop documentation for systems and processes.

- Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision.
- Good written & oral communication skills and strong team player.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
