Role Summary:
Support the SAS migration by analysing and modifying SAS code, ensuring compatibility with AWS data sources, and coordinating with business users for testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse SAS jobs with Cloudera dependencies and adapt them for AWS.
- Update references to Hive/HDFS with AWS-based data sources.
- Validate SQL logic parity between existing (Cloudera) and migrated (AWS) environments.
- Support business-driven testing cycles and fix defects.
- Perform connectivity testing and ensure all SAS jobs run end-to-end successfully.
- Work closely with Senior SAS Lead, architects, and business teams.
Mandatory Skills:
