Microsoft Azure Administrator to provide L2/L3 support for Azure Landing Zone and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with MS Azure environment with DevOps and IaC (Infrastructure as a Code).
  • Implementing Microsoft Azure tenant-level configuration.
  • Significant experience of Terraform and PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure licensing.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services, AD Connect, etc.
  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VNET, etc.
  • Server management using remote tools.
  • Certification like AZ-400 would be an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ITIL processes Change, Incident, and Problem Management.
  • Experience in handling escalated issues, including coordination with multiple teams and vendors.
  • Preparing incident reports and root cause analysis reports.
  • Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical content plainly and simply.
  • Good hardware knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
  • Excellent documentation skills for user training and technical documents.
  • Provide on-call support after business hours and during weekends.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts as and when required.
  • Willingness to work shifts and out-of-hours based on project requirements.
  • Adhering to SLA / OLA.
  • Handling tickets and requests.
  • Handling severity incidents and availability for on-call (on ROTA basis).

  • Azure DevOps Engineer with extensive knowledge and experience in Azure IaaS / PaaS, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, PowerShell, Git, and Linux.
  • Implementing Microsoft Azure tenant-level configuration, including Conditional Access Policy (CA).
  • Good understanding and working experience in Agile ways of working (DevOps-based model).
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions across a large enterprise.

Experience Required / Must Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS / PaaS, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, PowerShell, Git, and Linux.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure Landing Zone.
  • Enterprise device provisioning, management, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Azure AD administration and policies (Conditional Access, Single Sign-On, etc.).
  • Implementing Microsoft Azure tenant-level configuration.
  • Significant experience using Terraform as IaC.
  • Significant experience in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure licensing.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services, AD Connect, etc.
  • Well-versed with Agile methodologies (JIRA tool, creating stories).
  • Expertise in troubleshooting issues reported by end users.
  • Manage, maintain, support, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions while recommending improvements for future needs.
  • Understanding of SSO and MFA technologies for SaaS applications.
  • Understanding of Azure AD Connect and Azure AD directory services for managing cloud identity.
  • Supporting proof of concept for new services and technologies.
  • Delivering all services following ITIL methodology for service creation.
