The Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Architect who has proven previous experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect for a few years. The Salesforce Architect needs to conduct design workshops and work sessions to gather, analyse business requirements and translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce-based technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key stakeholders to determine and prioritize business requirements, transforming business requirements into technical requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cost-effective project execution.
- Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Solutions.
- Drive technical (HL and LL) design and development for major components of focused solutions.
- Offer best practice advice and recommendations to clients, often extending beyond Salesforce to topics around overall systems architecture and CRM strategy.
- Collaborate with the Functional team to determine how best to implement solutions (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.).
- Overall knowledge of solution components (transformation platform, integration platform etc.) that are outside of the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on knowledge of Platform Security, PII data security, Authentication & Authorization Integration (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect etc.), Data Migration and Deployment Strategy.

- Create, run and present a measurable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer's technical business needs to that of Salesforce Solutions.
Your Profile:
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of Salesforce hands-on experience in different Salesforce cloud platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
- Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions, cloud computing strategy, system design, implementation and management.
- Must have knowledge in Salesforce configurations but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Flows, Permission Set, Profile, SSO etc.
- Sound knowledge in Salesforce Security Model and Data Model.
- Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent/Omni Channel, Knowledge Management.
- Must have knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations in Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience working in Salesforce API (Tooling API, Metadata API, Bulk API etc.).
Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- Deep expertise in data modeling and integration.
- Ability to conduct design workshops and work sessions to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce based technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to support.
- Ability to make sound decisions under critical circumstances.
- Must have worked in agile teams, should be well versed in agile framework sprints.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with team members and UK customers.
