We are looking for a senior EngageOne Developer who has proven experience with EngageOne.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, support, and enhance the Outbound Communications technology stack
  • Own the architecture for new solutions and change initiatives
  • Play a pivotal role in delivering the 5-year roadmap and associated projects
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to the team
  • Ensure all technical solutions are well-documented, clear, and aligned with architectural principles
  • Collaborate with project teams to define solutions, estimate cost/effort, and plan delivery
  • Exhibit technical leadership by establishing design patterns and best practices for software delivery
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity and quality

Your Profile

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Pitney Bowes / Precisely EngageOne suite, including Designer 6.6, E-Vault
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of correspondence management systems (letters, digital output, email, SMS) and enterprise databases
  • Understanding of output streams such as Postscript, AFP, PDF, and HTML
  • Expertise in template upgrades, migrations, normalization, batch processing, and data formatting/mapping (XML)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages: SQL, DOS Batch, UNIX Shell, and PERL (mandatory)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of content management and manipulation tools (advantageous)
  • Exposure to MuleSoft integration

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables
