The Role
Delivering projects and support work for UK based Utility client with Oracle C2M technology. Knowledge in CC&B and MDM Solution Design will be good to have. Agile methodology knowledge is required as part of the role. Having functional knowledge is preferred.

Your Profile
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B
- Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections
- Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
- Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B
- Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
