The role ensures regulatory compliance, payroll accuracy, and operational continuity across all France-specific HR and payroll activities, while serving as the highest escalation point for complex cases, audits, and payroll-critical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary SME for French labor law, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Ownership of France-specific HR lifecycle processes (hires, contracts, terminations, absences, working time).
- Ensure correct application of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCN).
- Functional validation and sign-off of payroll-critical transactions.
- Oversight of DSN, URSSAF, Net-Entreprises, and statutory declarations.
- Audit support and proactive compliance risk management.
