Job Summary: Our client's corporate tax team is seeking a Tax Director to lead the delivery of UK corporate tax compliance work, taking responsibility for client relationships and project delivery. As a key member of the management team, you will provide direction and leadership within your service line, formulating plans and policies to ensure strategic and operational objectives are met in line with our culture and values.
Key Accountabilities:
- Client Experience: Oversee a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, delivering expert tax compliance and advisory services. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and ensuring a seamless client experience. Ensure compliance with the latest UK corporate tax regulations and obligations, which are increasingly business critical.
- Team Management: Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Lead and manage the team effectively, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify tax-related opportunities and risks for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives, building relationships with potential clients and collaborating with directors to expand the corporate tax offering.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax law and regulations.
- Experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory services.
