We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll expert with deep, hands-on expertise in both Spain and the United Kingdom. This role requires a proven track record of delivering complex multi-country payroll implementations and native-level Spanish fluency to support critical payroll transformations across Spanish-speaking and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations for Spain and the UK, ensuring 100% compliance with local statutory requirements (Seguridad Social, IRPF, PAYE, RTI, National Insurance, pensions).
- Configure and optimise payroll schemas, rules, wage types, time integrations, and statutory reporting specific to Spanish and UK legislation.
- Deliver at least 3 successful multi-country payroll projects (proven experience mandatory), including data migration, testing, cut-over, and hypercare support.
- Provide expert guidance on complex payroll scenarios, retro calculations, year-end processing, and seamless integration with SuccessFactors Time, Benefits, and Finance modules.
- Act as the primary Spanish-speaking liaison for clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, ensuring clear communication in both Spanish and English.
- Mentor junior team members and develop reusable Spain/UK configuration templates and best-practice documentation.
- Support solution design workshops, pre-sales activities, and client presentations as the Spanish-speaking payroll authority.
Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker (written and spoken) mandatory and non-negotiable.
- 8-10 years of hands-on, production-level experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configuration and implementation.
- Demonstrated delivery of at least 3 multi-country payroll implementations, with strong, recent expertise in both Spain and the United Kingdom.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation (Seguridad Social, IRPF, n minas, contratos) and UK payroll rules (PAYE, RTI, National Insurance, auto-enrolment).
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors integration technologies (CPI, middleware) and payroll testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently on complex, high-visibility projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
- Additional multi-country experience in Germany, France, or other EU/Spanish-speaking countries.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Payroll or SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics.
- Project management or Agile delivery background.
