Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement and management of competitor car fleet.
- Managing the Attribute process, which includes organising and running dynamic and static vehicle evaluation.
- Creation of vehicle usage plans, procurement of competitor cars, and management of cars during on-site period.
- Management of reciprocal loans with other OEMs to support specific events.
- Support of specific attribute, benchmarking, and management drive events according to requirements.
- Preparation of vehicles for sale, including management of any outstanding servicing, maintenance, warranty items, and/or recalls.
- Management of vehicle sale process according to relevant OEM processes, including audit compliance.
- Completion of pre- and post-sale paperwork, including legal requirements.
- Arrange receipt and return of vehicles from/to purchase/rental suppliers/other automotive OEMs or sale.
- Execute competitor car management in line with R&D Fleet and Competitor processes (request form, logbook, Fleetwave entries, etc).
- Vehicle logistics, e.g. moving cars on site, fuelling/charging, washing cars.
- Dynamic Attribute Event Management:
- Support of dynamic competitor benchmarking events.
- Preparation of cars - valeting, charging, fuelling.
- Route planning.
- Lead/chase car driving.
- Explanation of key features of competitor cars to event participants.
- Collation of event summary, including list of attendees, writing minutes from senior stakeholder reviews, analysis, and summary of electronic questionnaires.
- Liaison with the Drive Events team to plan Drive events to OEM standard.
