Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecom OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in GCP Cloud and Big Data/Data Factory ecosystems. You will drive end-to-end solution analysis and delivery across complex OSS domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into scalable cloud-native data workflows.
- Define functional requirements and collaborate with architects, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Design high-performance OSS data solutions.
- Conduct process mapping, API/data model analysis, backlog refinement, and user story creation.
- Ensure alignment with telecom standards for service assurance, provisioning, inventory, and network data management.
Skills, Experience & Abilities Required:
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Data Fusion, Pub/Sub).
- Ability to interface effectively with business stakeholders.
- Experience delivering cloud-driven OSS solutions.
Education & Certifications:
- Degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
- Relevant cloud or data certifications are advantageous.
