We are seeking a Telecom OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in Assurance and AIOps to support a leading telecom client. In this hybrid role (3 days a week in the office), you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business and operational requirements into clear functional specifications. Your work will directly enhance real-time monitoring, anomaly detection, event correlation, RCA, and predictive insights across telecom networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with NOC/SOC, network operations, service assurance, data science, and engineering teams.
- Refine workflows for fault/performance management, noise reduction, auto ticketing, and closed-loop automation.
- Drive process optimisation, define high-quality user stories, support UAT, and ensure scalable, accurate, and high-value assurance enhancements.
- Bridge operational needs with technology and AI/ML teams to deliver innovative assurance solutions.
Skills, Experience & Abilities Required:
- Strong analytical skills and effective stakeholder communication.
- Expert knowledge of OSS assurance systems, alarm/topology data models, AIOps concepts, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications and support end-to-end process optimisation.
- Experience working in telecom network assurance or related OSS environments.
Education & Certifications:
- Relevant degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
- Certifications related to telecom, OSS, or business analysis are advantageous.
