Your Responsibilities
- OutSystems ODC Expertise: Act as the primary SME for OutSystems ODC architecture, capabilities, and best practices. Design scalable ODC applications following cloud native and low-code best practices. Provide strategic guidance on OutSystems cloud services, governance, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Migration from OutSystems 11 to ODC: Lead and execute migration assessments, including gap analysis, architecture review, and effort estimation. Define and implement end-to-end migration plans from OutSystems 11 to ODC. Re-architect or refactor components (data models, integrations, UI modules, logic flows) where required for ODC compliance. Resolve compatibility issues, technical constraints, and performance challenges during migration.
- Architecture & Technical Leadership: Work with enterprise architects to design future state ODC-based solutions. Develop reusable components, libraries, templates, and accelerators for ODC adoption. Ensure solution compliance with security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
- Stakeholder & Development Collaboration: Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical designs. Provide technical leadership to developers, perform code reviews, and enforce development standards. Organize technical workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions on ODC.
- DevOps, Integration & Cloud: Implement cloud-native DevOps practices including automated builds, deployments, and monitoring. Manage ODC configurations, security setup, environment provisioning, and lifecycle management. Integrate ODC applications with enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, databases, identity providers, etc.).
Your Profile
- Essential skills/knowledge/experience: 6+ years of experience in OutSystems development, with at least 2+ years on ODC (or exposure to early adoption programs). Proven experience in migrating applications from OutSystems 11 to ODC. Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, BPT, integrations, data modeling, and performance tuning. Experience designing enterprise-grade applications using low-code platforms. Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud fundamentals is a plus.
- Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: OutSystems ODC Certification, OutSystems Associate or Professional Developer Certification, OutSystems Architecture Specialist, Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS).
