What We Need
A GTM Engineering Manager to lead our growing team of elite operators. You’ll oversee client delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns are high-converting, relationships are strong, and results are consistent.
This role is ideal for someone who’s run their own lead gen or outbound agency and now wants more stability, structure, and scale – with full access to every tool, process, and support system to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of GTM Engineers
- Oversee campaign quality, delivery, and client retention
- Optimise outbound systems using Clay, Smartlead, and Make
- Maintain direct communication with key clients and drive strategic results
- Develop processes and frameworks to scale performance across accounts
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in GTM Engineering (Clay, Smartlead, Make)
- 2+ years leading teams in a client-facing or agency environment
- Exceptional English fluency (native or near-native)
- Strong understanding of outbound strategy and deliverability
- Proven client management and communication skills
- Experience as an ex-agency owner or team lead is a strong plus
Earning potential
