Our customers are established B2B SaaS companies that sell to mid market and enterprise buyers, are building AI Agents in the near future, need deep, native integrations to win competitive deals and power their product, and value time to integration over building connectors in house.
We typically close OEM and embedded licensing deals, multiâyear (1 to 3 year) contracts, five to seven figure TCV, with a strong land and expand model. Key buyer personas are the CPO and CTO.
Role Overview
Youâll own and lead all things talent at StackOne: from hiring strategy to execution, from process design to pitch. This is a handsâon leadership role where youâll both define the recruiting vision and roll up your sleeves to bring in top talent across engineering, product, GTM, and operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Function: Own fullâcycle recruitment across the company, scaling systems, processes, and the recruiting team to meet rapid growth goals across multiple geographies.
- Implement best practices: You\âll implement recruiting best practices across the company, improving our ATS workflows in Ashby, delivering interviewer training, and building scalable processes that drive consistency, speed, and a slick and scalable recruiting process.
- Build & Scale Internationally: Develop and execute hiring strategies across the UK, Europe, and the U.S., tailored to each market while upholding a unified StackOne standard of excellence.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with founders, execs, and hiring managers to prioritize roles, define success profiles, and run fast, inclusive hiring processes.
- Drive Candidate Experience: Champion a bestâinâclass candidate journey from first touch through signed offer, ensuring every interaction reflects our culture and values.
- Close Top Talent: Craft compelling narratives that win candidates in competitive markets, articulating our mission, culture, and growth trajectory with clarity and passion.
- Optimize for Scale: Design repeatable, scalable recruiting workflows, leveraging tools, data, and systems to drive consistency, speed, and quality of hire.
- Build a Talent Brand: Help define and amplify StackOneâs employer brandâpositioning us as a top destination for the best builders and operators in AI.
Core Qualifications
- Experienced: 7+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, with recent experience in a Head of Talent, Lead, or Senior Recruiter role at a highâgrowth startup or tech scaleâup.
- Strategic & HandsâOn: Comfortable shifting between building longâterm strategy and executing dayâtoâday hiring needs.
- Global Perspective: Experience hiring across the UK, Europe, and U.S., with a strong grasp of regional nuances in sourcing, compliance, and candidate expectations.
- FounderâFriendly: Proven ability to partner with founders, execs, and hiring managersâbringing clarity, calm, and sound judgment to every stage of growth.
