About Us

Our unified API product has proven traction with 7x YoY revenue growth reaching $1m ARR in 2024. Now in 2025 we will build on this success while attacking the $76bn AI Agent market. We will be the integration layer of the AI era.

The team are experienced veterans from Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Coinbase, JP Morgan. This has led to a culture of trust and independence since most have “been there and done it”. We were born in the post Covid and LLM world in 2023 so follow modern practices regarding work-life balance and use of tech in work.

We have a recommended not required hybrid way of working, Tuesdays and Thursdays being at our Waterloo office. However, a large chunk of the team are international so we make sure work can be done distributed.

About The Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You’ll be responsible for guiding the product development process, coming up with best-in-class solutions that will push the whole integration space forward. You will have a significant amount of ownership and input over StackOne’s overarching product roadmap and individual feature releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Lead product development projects, managing timelines and resources, from ideation to release (and post-release).
• Act as a liaison between founders, customers, and the technical team, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in codebase quality and product development velocity.
• Participate in design discussions, providing valuable input and ensuring product-market fit.
• Create content including customer-facing documentation.

About You

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical background with practical experience using/creating APIs and SaaS Integrations.
• Some past experience in a technical role which involved hands-on coding.
• Past experience writing customer-facing product documentation and product marketing content.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Proactive, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
