We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing agency in Ipswich, specialising in industrial and blue-collar staffing.

You’ll be working on everything from warehouse operatives to drivers and production staff - the backbone of the UK economy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and nurturing client relationships across Ipswich & Suffolk
  • Sourcing, screening and placing top talent into industrial roles
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from BD calls to candidate placements
  • Hitting (and smashing) targets with the support of a high-performing team
