We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing agency in Ipswich, specialising in industrial and blue-collar staffing.
You’ll be working on everything from warehouse operatives to drivers and production staff - the backbone of the UK economy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and nurturing client relationships across Ipswich & Suffolk
- Sourcing, screening and placing top talent into industrial roles
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from BD calls to candidate placements
- Hitting (and smashing) targets with the support of a high-performing team
What we’re looking for:
- Recruitment experience (industrial temp desks ideal, but open to other sectors)
