We’re now looking for a Senior Backend Team Lead who can own our backend services end-to-end, lead a high-performing team, and help evolve the technical backbone of our SaaS platform, AI-powered workflows and agents, while staying close to the code and customer needs.

- Lead the Backend Team: Build, coach, and grow a strong backend engineering team working primarily in Python and Go, collaborating closely with AI, Data, DevOps, QA, and frontend teams across Europe and Asia.
