The Role: We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, R&D to help scale the technical engine behind StackAdapt. In this role, you won’t just fill roles - you’ll shape teams that build and evolve the core infrastructure of our platform. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Product leaders to understand architectural challenges, scaling plans, and long-term roadmap priorities. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for critical technical roles across Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, and Product.
  • Lead deep intake conversations to understand system architecture, technical trade-offs, team topology, and leveling strategy.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-performing technical talent across backend, distributed systems, machine learning, data engineering, and platform teams.
  • Evaluate candidates for technical rigor, problem-solving capability, and long-term impact.
  • Use pipeline data and conversion metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and continuously improve hiring velocity and signal quality.
  • Advise leaders on market realities, compensation positioning, and talent availability within highly competitive technical domains.
  • Elevate the technical interview experience by partnering on structured evaluations and bias-reducing practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to technical or R&D hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for engineering, data science, infrastructure, or technical product roles.
  • Technical fluency — you can confidently discuss tech stacks, system design expectations, and engineering team structures.
  • A strong sourcing mindset with experience engaging passive technical talent.
  • Comfort operating in competitive technical markets and navigating complex offer negotiations.
  • Data-driven decision-making — you use metrics to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence technical leaders.
  • High ownership, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced growth environment.
