As a Sales Executive, you will play an important role in driving new business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers across agencies and brands. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will focus on building a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting while also managing opportunities through to close. This role is well suited to someone with 2+ years of sales or business development experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop into a high-performing digital advertising seller.
You will spend a large portion of your time identifying new opportunities, reaching out to prospective clients, and introducing StackAdapt’s programmatic advertising solutions. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to support the full sales cycle — from initial outreach through to campaign launch and ongoing client success.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive new business growth by proactively identifying and engaging agency and brand partners through strategic outbound outreach.
- Build and own a high-quality sales pipeline, developing strong relationships with prospective clients and creating long-term revenue opportunities.
- Lead opportunities end-to-end, managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through to closed-won business.
- Connect with decision-makers across channels — email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events — to build meaningful partnerships.
- Collaborate on high-impact pitches and proposals, helping shape campaign strategies that solve real client challenges.
- Revive and expand existing opportunities by re-engaging lapsed customers and uncovering new areas for growth.
- Maintain strong sales discipline, keeping pipeline data accurate and up to date in CRM systems.
- Leverage proven sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC) to strategically qualify, advance, and close complex opportunities.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development in media or advertising.
- Strong prospecting skills and confidence in outbound outreach.
- A disciplined and organised approach to pipeline building and opportunity tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Interest in digital advertising and programmatic media.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts related to DSP platforms.
- Exposure to MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients within the region.
