StackAdapt is seeking an experienced EMEA Marketing Manager to lead localisation and orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns across key EMEA markets. This role is critical for regional marketing performance, funnel insights, and field execution, aiming to drive pipeline growth in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and the UAE. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, EMEA, and collaborating with global teams, the successful candidate will ensure campaigns are locally relevant, strategically aligned, performance-tracked, and effectively activated.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the strategy, execution, and follow-up of regional campaigns, sponsorships, webinars, and field events in collaboration with content, global growth, and event marketing teams.
  2. Own the EMEA pipeline, including tracking and analysis of funnel metrics to inform targeting, optimise spend, and improve campaign performance.
  3. Contribute strategic input into global digital campaign planning, ensuring EMEA-specific messaging and buyer journey nuances are incorporated.
  4. Localise and adapt global campaigns for the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and the UAE, working with global digital and content teams for market relevance.
  5. Coordinate regional lead capture strategies and post-event nurture activities to enhance conversion and sales enablement.
  6. Act as the operational link between regional marketing and global marketing operations, ensuring tools, reporting, and processes meet regional needs.
  7. Collaborate with regional revenue teams to align campaign objectives with pipeline goals and improve lead quality.
  8. Share regional success stories to support local case studies and customer marketing efforts.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management, preferably within EMEA.
  • Deep understanding of regional buyer journeys, sales cycles, and campaign metrics.
  • Ability to influence campaign direction without owning daily digital execution.
  • Experience in field and sponsorship marketing across EMEA.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in using performance metrics to improve ROI.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across global teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation, and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hockeystack).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
