As a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll support the execution and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns for our Enterprise clients across EMEA. Reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations, you’ll work closely with Account Management and Client Services to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, optimized effectively, and aligned with client objectives. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple accounts and taking ownership of both campaign execution and in-platform trading. You’ll also help translate campaign performance into clear insights for internal teams and, when needed, participate in client communications and meetings. We are open to candidates located anywhere within the United Kingdom. We will be prioritizing candidates located in London, England, for this team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across Native, Display, Video, Connected TV, Audio, and Digital Out-of-Home.
  • Partner with Account Management and Client Services to support a portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA.
  • Complete campaign trafficking, campaign modifications, pixel implementation, and other campaign setup activities.
  • QA campaign assets, pixels, targeting, and campaign configurations before launch to ensure accurate setup and measurement.
  • Own in-platform trading activities, including budget adjustments, pacing optimizations, performance improvements, and delivery troubleshooting.
  • Monitor live campaigns and analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities across multiple accounts.
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights and explain the rationale and impact behind optimization decisions.
  • Support client communications through email, performance updates, and occasional participation in strategic or wrap-up meetings, while Account Management continues to own the overall relationship.
  • Provide internal teams with guidance on campaign setup, trading, optimization, and platform best practices.
  • Contribute to scalable processes and best practices that support consistent, high-quality campaign execution.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns within a DSP, ad network, agency, or similar environment.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, accounts, or advertising platforms at the same time.
  • Experience with campaign trafficking, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and pixel implementation.
  • Strong understanding of campaign pacing, budget management, performance optimization, and digital marketing KPIs.
  • The ability to analyze campaign data and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort communicating optimization decisions and performance insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • The ability to quickly learn technical concepts and platform functionality and communicate them clearly.
  • A solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, programmatic technology, and marketing objectives.
