Lead new solution pilots and manage pathways to productization in partnership with technical services teams.
  • GTM & Commercial Strategy: Define competitive positioning by monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape in international markets, develop pricing strategies, and lead customer discovery to shape vertical roadmaps. Partner with internal and external stakeholders on vertical strategy and end‑to‑end campaign planning.
  • Operations Management: Oversee scaled services including pilots, experimentation, and automation of new solutions in collaboration with commercial and technical teams (ex. Marketing Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence). Drive repeatable frameworks that support proof‑of‑concept deployments and establish the foundation for future productization.
  • Revenue Operations & Enablement: Define vertical OKRs, segment‑level planning, and pipeline prioritization. Support RFPs and solutions engineering to drive commercial success.
  • Automation & Vertical Support: Lead the development of vertical knowledge bases and AI‑driven automation to empower sales and support growth at scale.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3‑5 years of full‑time experience in strategy & operations, product strategy, GTM strategy, consulting or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record. MBA or related masters degree preferred
  • Experience driving pilots, experimentation and scalable operations for cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage client‑facing interactions with strong presentation skills and a confident professional presence
  • Experience shaping strategic roadmaps, competitive positioning and GTM strategy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, with a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities
