What’s the Role About?

As a venue manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring that every guest receives the ultimate Stack & Still experience. You’ll work alongside a supportive divisional general manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations, and maintain the high standards our guests expect. From managing the team and stock control to cash and key handling, no two days will be the same! Our concept is simple, but our quality is second to none. Whether it's sweet, savoury, or gourmet pancakes, your role will be crucial in delivering on our promise of exceptional food and service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading by Example: Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service with a smile. You'll be the role model for hospitality excellence.
  • Creating Unforgettable Experiences: Manage guest interactions, ensuring that every diner feels welcomed and valued.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee cash handling, key management (opening/closing), and stock control, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Growth and Development: With plans to expand, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside Stack & Still as we continue to revolutionise pancake dining!

What We’re Looking For:

  • A natural leader who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
