This role will involve the full service of our pancake offering from a kiosk concession within Glasgow Airport Departures Lounge. As a pancake pioneer at Glasgow Airport, you will be responsible for serving customers directly from our counter kiosk, as well as making and topping pancakes and dispensing coffee. Experience in both kitchen and front-of-house roles is preferable; however, full training will be given, so not essential.
The ideal candidates will have a great eye for detail and a strong passion for customer service. The ability to multitask is paramount, as you will be expected to engage with customers at the same time as cooking and plating pancake stacks and dispensing drinks.
Working patterns will include weekend and evening work, as well as early hours working in line with the airport's opening hours. We will require staff to work extra hours seasonally and during holiday periods. Shifts can be very late between 4am and 9.30pm, so please only apply if you have full flexibility and are able to travel to Glasgow Airport during these hours.

Being the UK's largest urban pancake restaurant group and offering huge customisation and a dynamic mix of savoury, sweet, gourmet, and quirky pancake dishes. We do one thing, and we do it well!
