We’re partnering with a high‑growth global fintech operating at the intersection of payments, financial infrastructure, and digital assets. The business works with leading banks, fintech platforms, wallets, and enterprises to enable modern, internet‑native money movement at scale.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and operational lead for key enterprise clients, owning relationships end‑to‑end — from onboarding and activation through growth and long‑term expansion. This is a commercial, post‑sales leadership role, focused on driving adoption, volume growth, and durable partnerships, rather than transactional sales.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients across Europe (banks, fintechs, platforms, infrastructure providers)
- Drive product adoption, transaction growth, and wallet share
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation with a strong focus on time‑to‑value
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales & BD
- Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, market expansion, and product‑market fit
- Develop and execute client growth initiatives and joint campaigns
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and manage escalations
- Support partnership structures and expansion frameworks alongside Business Development
- Feed structured client insights into product roadmap and commercial strategy
- 12+ years’ experience in enterprise client management, strategic partnerships, or customer success
- Background in payments, fintech, financial services, or enterprise technology
- Proven ownership of the full client lifecycle (onboarding → growth → renewal)
- Comfortable engaging at C‑suite and senior stakeholder level
- Strong cross‑functional influence in matrixed organisations
