STACK.Office is a growing flexible workspace operator providing serviced offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces for modern businesses. We combine the professionalism and systems of larger workspace brands with the flexibility and personality of an independent operator. Our centres are designed to support businesses of all sizes while building strong professional communities within each location.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can help deliver a great centre experience while driving awareness, engagement and occupancy across our locations.

This is a hybrid role combining centre operations, marketing and events. You will be primarily based at STACK.Office Aberdeen, helping ensure the centre runs smoothly while also creating marketing content, organising events and supporting visibility of our centres across the wider market. STACK.Office operates with a centre-driven approach, meaning team members often wear multiple hats and contribute across different areas of the business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, creativity, marketing and business community building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a welcoming and professional presence within the Aberdeen centre.
  • Support day-to-day centre operations including:
    • Member enquiries
    • Meeting room bookings
    • Visitor management
    • General administration
  • Assist with onboarding new members and supporting centre tours.
  • Help maintain a professional and positive working environment within the centre.
  • Create and deliver social media and marketing content across STACK.Office locations.
  • Capture content from within the centres including photos, short videos and business highlights.
  • Identify marketing opportunities that help attract new businesses into STACK.Office.
  • Support updates to the STACK.Office website and centre listings.
  • Support engagement with commercial property brokers and agents.
  • Ensure availability and listings are current across marketing channels.
  • Help maintain visibility for STACK.Office spaces within the local market.
  • Plan and organise networking and business events, primarily within the Aberdeen centre.
  • Deliver events in conjunction with Centre Managers.
  • Use events to strengthen the business community and introduce new companies to the centres.
