We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead and oversee multiple departments within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in management across the hospitality sector. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to various teams, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

  • Manage organisational budgets, analyse performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for senior managers.

  • Maintain high standards.
  • Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met through excellent time management.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for managerial roles, participate in interviews, and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and organisational policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience with a strong background in managing teams within the hospitality sector. Must have at least 2 years experience in a high volume site.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in organisational tools such as Zonal; Fourth experience is preferred.
  • Must hold a personal license.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Organised approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines.
