This role holder will provide high-level executive support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Legal Officer and their teams, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the London office. This is a visible and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining executive support with office leadership. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, handle confidential information, and support local, regional, and EMEA events, while acting as a key point of contact for staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Applicants must live within 1 hour of London, as the role requires being on-site a minimum of 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior-level EA support, including complex diary management, meetings, travel, expenses, and executive reporting
- Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, projects, offsites, and follow-up actions
- Prepare materials, reports, summaries, and presentations to support executive decision-making
- Support cross-functional initiatives and track progress of key projects
- Plan and execute team offsites and internal events
- Manage London office operations, including vendors, supplies, facilities, desk booking (DeskBird), and employee office needs
- Support local, regional, and EMEA events and team activities
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
- Handles confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus
- Highly motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
- Collaborative and able to build relationships across teams and functions
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
