The Opportunity
STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement activity supporting critical operations across our EMEA data centre portfolio. This role is focused on securing best-in-class repair, maintenance and operational support services that ensure uptime, resilience and service continuity across business-critical infrastructure.
Working closely with Operations, Delivery and OFCI Procurement teams, you will play a key role in supplier strategy, contract management and operational readiness for both existing facilities and new developments entering live operation. This is an opportunity to influence procurement strategy within a fast-growing, high-performance infrastructure environment where reliability, scale and collaboration are central to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OPEX sourcing strategy and contract management activity for critical infrastructure repair and maintenance services across EMEA.
- Partner with Operations stakeholders and maintenance suppliers to ensure strong SLA performance, technical compliance and operational resilience.
- Drive supplier evaluations, bid analysis and commercial recommendations focused on service quality, capability and cost efficiency.
- Implement and govern supplier performance management through KPI tracking, business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with OFCI Procurement and Delivery teams on capital equipment, installation and commissioning activities for construction projects where required.
- Support lifecycle and end-of-life planning for operational assets and ensure maintenance requirements are fully evaluated prior to business award recommendations.
- Ensure new facilities and assets are integrated into operational support agreements from day one of live operation.
- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to produce accurate OPEX budgeting and cashflow forecasting for Maintenance services across our EMEA portfolio.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience leading procurement and sourcing activities for critical equipment, technical services or maintenance contracts.
- Strong commercial and supplier management capability, including RFx strategy, processes, contract negotiations and bid evaluations.
- Experience working within critical infrastructure, data centres, engineering, facilities management or similar operational environments is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Operations, Procurement and Delivery teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience producing spend analysis, supplier evaluations and commercial recommendations.
- CIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
