STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Director, Legal - Projects & Transactions, EMEA, based in London. You will lead legal support across STACK’s EMEA development and investment portfolio, advising on acquisitions, development, construction, leasing and operations.
You will partner with Development, Construction, Power, Commercial and Finance teams to shape risk allocation, draft and negotiate critical agreements, and lead external counsel where required.
