Role Summary
As Tools & Process Manager, you will shape the systems, processes and standards that enable consistent, efficient project delivery across STACK Infrastructure's growing portfolio.
Working with Delivery, PMO, Digital and corporate teams, you will drive process improvement, document management, governance and digital tools that simplify the way projects are delivered while supporting quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of delivery processes, standard operating procedures and governance standards.
- Own the Delivery Management System, ensuring processes remain effective, practical and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain document management standards, including document control, naming conventions, version control and approval workflows.
- Manage delivery templates, registers and standard documentation, ensuring consistency across all projects.
- Support the implementation, administration and enhancement of delivery systems, digital tools and reporting platforms.
- Partner with Digital, IT, PMO and project teams to improve system functionality, user experience and process adoption.
- Monitor compliance with delivery processes and governance standards, supporting quality assurance activities and audits.
- Identify opportunities to streamline ways of working through automation, standardisation and digital innovation.
- Provide guidance, training and support to project teams, encouraging consistent adoption of tools, templates and best practice.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and operational excellence across the delivery organisation.
- What You'll Bring
- Experience in PMO, project controls, business process management or project governance within major capital projects.
- Background in data centres, construction, engineering, infrastructure or similarly complex project environments.
- Experience managing document control systems, project information or business management systems.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Procore, Aconex, Asite, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar solutions.
- Experience implementing digital tools, process improvements or automation initiatives. Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform experience is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills with a passion for improving how projects are delivered.
