Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering & Infrastructure (Data Centre)

At STACK Infrastructure, we're expanding our data centres across Europe, delivering the critical facilities that power some of the world's largest companies.

As Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering & Infrastructure (Data Centres), you'll help build the teams behind that growth, partnering with leaders across Development, Design & Engineering, Delivery and Operations, you'll recruit the specialists responsible for designing, constructing and operating hyperscale data centres across EMEA.

This is more than a delivery focused recruitment role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed hiring decisions through market intelligence, workforce planning and talent strategy.

From Customer Engineering and Design through to Construction, Commissioning and Critical Operations, you'll influence how STACK attracts, engages and hires some of the industry's most sought-after engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, acting as their talent advisor on workforce planning, market intelligence and recruitment strategy.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, development, delivery and operations functions.
  • Recruit technical professionals including Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Controls, Project Management and Critical Operations talent.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking and specialist channels.
  • Provide market intelligence covering salary trends, competitor activity, talent availability and emerging skills.
  • Influence hiring decisions using evidence, commercial judgement and external market insight.
  • Leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance sourcing, research, talent mapping and productivity.
  • Use recruitment data to identify trends and tell a compelling story that supports business decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while strengthening STACK's employer brand.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience recruiting technical professionals across engineering, infrastructure, construction, building services or mission-critical environments.
  • Experience hiring Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Design Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Operations professionals.
  • Passionate about partnering with Engineering Directors and senior stakeholders, building credibility through market insight and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Naturally curious, enjoying talent mapping and finding candidates others can't.
  • Commercially aware, balancing quality, speed, cost and long-term capability.
  • AI fluent, using AI to automate low-value activity so more time is spent advising stakeholders and engaging candidates.
  • Experience recruiting across Europe, especially Italy and ideally Switzerland, Germany, UK, France and Norway.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
