Role Summary

As Senior Manager, Controls & Reporting, you will lead the function that brings consistency, governance and performance insight across STACK Infrastructure's delivery portfolio.

You will be responsible for the reporting framework, project controls standards, document management, delivery processes and quality assurance that enable predictable project execution.

Working closely with Delivery Leadership, PMO and corporate functions, you will lead a specialist team while driving continuous improvement, digital transformation and data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Delivery Controls & Reporting function, ensuring consistent governance, project controls, reporting and document management across the portfolio.
  • Own the delivery reporting framework, providing accurate portfolio reporting, KPIs, trends and executive insight.
  • Develop and embed delivery governance, standards, policies and best practices that support successful project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates and ways of working across the business.
  • Lead quality assurance activities, monitoring compliance with agreed delivery standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Own reporting platforms, business systems and standard documentation, supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with Delivery, PMO, Commercial, Development, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of standards.
  • Support senior leadership with governance advice, portfolio insights and performance reporting.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Reporting Manager and Tools & Process Manager, building a high-performing team.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability and operational excellence across the delivery organisation.

  • Significant experience leading project controls, PMO, governance or reporting functions within major capital projects.
  • Experience within data centres, construction, infrastructure, engineering or similarly complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, reporting, document management, governance and quality assurance.
  • Experience implementing business processes, governance frameworks and reporting improvements across multiple projects.
  • Experience leading business systems, reporting tools and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
