Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maximo Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Maximo projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall project, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the successful execution of Maximo delivery in line with project goals. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformations and interact with cutting-edge technologies in the utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for the overall Maximo delivery, managing all aspects of the project.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly status reports on project progress.
  • Participate in Triage meetings for the respective project track.
  • Manage and maintain client stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making for solutions.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking progress and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to the client\’s project governance structure.
  • Track and manage project tasks, risks, and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure project resource availability and manage allocation effectively.
  • Communicate regular project status and updates to both internal and client stakeholders.

Key Skills/Experience:

Must Have:

  • Single Point of Contact for Maximo project management and Statement of Work (SOW) management.
  • Strong experience in PMO (Project Management Office).
  • Expertise in developing and managing detailed project progression plans.
  • Experience with client project governance structures and ensuring compliance.
  • Proficient in tracking and managing project risks, issues, and resource availability.
  • Strong communication skills for updating stakeholders with project status reports.
  • Familiarity with Maximo projects and programs.
  • Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and Maximo functional and technical knowledge.

Good to Have:

  • Profile should have Tendering, Water and Utility domain knowledge / experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate solutions to business stakeholders and client IT teams.
  • Ability to provide consulting services in EAM and Work Management transformation roadmaps.
  • Willingness to embrace new topics and technologies in the EAM field.

Person Specification:

  • Customer-facing experience with a strong ability to engage with clients and manage expectations.
  • Proven experience in onsite project management with the ability to navigate multivendor landscapes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate effectively.
  • A background in utilities industry is preferred.
  • Overall 12-14 years of Maximo project management experience, with a focus on large-scale EAM projects.
