Stack Audio is a UK-based hi-fi manufacturer focused on improving the performance of music systems through thoughtful engineering and design. Our ambition is to become a leading name in high-quality audio, developing products that help people get more from their music. We design and manufacture in the UK and sell directly to customers worldwide who value precision, clarity and genuine musical enjoyment. We are a small, ambitious team entering a key phase of growth.
We have experienced rapid growth and now need someone to take ownership of bringing structure, organisation and control to our operations. Some systems are already in place, but many need improving, connecting or building from the ground up. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership and improving how things work. You will take ownership of developing and managing the day-to-day operational and administrative systems that keep the business running smoothly. This includes coordinating logistics, managing stock and procurement, maintaining accurate records, and improving processes as we grow. You will be trusted to take responsibility, spot issues early, and put better ways of working in place.
The intent of this role is to free up the directors so they can focus fully on product development, marketing and growth. By taking ownership of operations, you will play a direct role in enabling the next phase of the business. Your work will help us scale efficiently while maintaining the quality, performance and customer experience that define Stack Audio.
