We design and manufacture in the UK and sell directly to customers worldwide who value precision, clarity and genuine musical enjoyment. Some systems are already in place, but many need improving, connecting or building from the ground up.
You will take ownership of developing and managing the day-to-day operational and administrative systems that keep the business running smoothly. By taking ownership of operations, you will play a direct role in enabling the next phase of the business. Your work will help us scale efficiently while maintaining the quality, performance and customer experience that define Stack Audio.
- Clear dashboards provide visibility of business performance
- Stock is managed effectively to reduce shipping costs and maintain consistent availability
- The bookkeeper has all required information to complete accurate accounts on time
- Managing stock, inventory and procurement processes
- Handling returns and warranty administration
- Ensuring invoices and purchase orders are properly recorded and passed to bookkeeping
- Strong computer skills, including confidence working with spreadsheets and digital systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information and following data protection best practices
- Experience in operations, administration, coordination or similar roles is important.
Part-time (3 days per week)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (full-time equivalent, pro rata), depending on experience
