We're recruiting experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors (MRICS preferred) to deliver commercial management on construction projects across our offices in London, Epping, and Leeds. We have vacancies across all three locations as we grow our Cost Management team. In this role you'll lead projects from initial cost planning through to final account, with direct client relationships and real visibility. You'll take full ownership, ensuring accurate cost reporting and providing commercial insight across a wide variety of work spanning our 14 core sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing budget estimates and detailed cost plans
- Producing bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Evaluating tenders and providing clear, actionable reports
- Conducting interim valuations and preparing comprehensive cost reports
- Managing final accounts, including assessment of contractor claims
- Ensuring effective variation control throughout projects
- Leading meetings and presenting updates directly to clients, including formal presentations
- Overseeing project financial performance and coordinating team delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and wider partnership initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- MRICS (preferred) or significant consultancy cost management experience
- Clear communication at technical level with clients, design teams, contractors, and professionals across disciplines
- A strong understanding of construction technology
