We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Surveyor (MRICS preferred) to join our London-based Monitoring Surveying & Due Diligence team at Associate level. This senior role involves leading a variety of MS & DD commissions for institutional lenders and corporate clients throughout the UK. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, taking ownership of your commissions and ensuring clients receive clear, reliable guidance at every stage. You’ll also play a key role in supporting colleagues and contributing to the continued strength of our service.
This opportunity offers autonomy, meaningful responsibility and visibility with senior leaders and clients. You’ll work on varied and often complex projects, within a supportive and knowledgeable team where your expertise and judgment are genuinely valued.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing clear, high‑quality MS & DD reports
- Leading meetings and presenting directly to clients

- Building and maintaining effective client relationships

You will work closely with senior leaders and have direct client exposure from day one.
