We are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help support commercial management on construction projects across the UK, based in our Leeds office. Whether you are an established QS looking for progression opportunities or a senior surveyor ready to expand your scope, you will have genuine autonomy and direct visibility from day one. In this role, you will work on projects from initial cost planning through to final account, building direct client relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing budget estimates and cost plans
  • Tender evaluation and reporting
  • Conducting interim valuations
  • Preparing cost reports and final accounts
  • Ensuring effective variation control
  • Reporting directly to clients, including presentations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to business development and wider partnership initiatives

  • Clear communication at technical level with design teams, other professionals, and clients
