We have senior QS opportunities across our London, Epping, and Leeds offices. In this senior role, you’ll lead a wide variety of projects, act as a trusted advisor, and make a real impact from day one while supporting and mentoring colleagues.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare budget estimates and detailed cost plans
- Produce bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Evaluate tenders and provide clear, actionable reports
- Conduct interim valuations and prepare comprehensive cost reports
- Manage final accounts, including assessment of contractor claims
- Ensure effective variation control throughout projects
- Present reports and updates directly to clients, including formal presentations
- Oversee project financial performance and coordinate your team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development and wider partnership initiatives
About you:
- MRICS (preferred) or substantial experience in quantity surveying
- Clear, confident communication and report-writing skills
- A collaborative approach with ability to mentor and support colleagues
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects accurately and professionally
