This senior role is part of our London-based Cost Management team, working across a wide variety of projects with a strong client-facing focus. You’ll take ownership of your work, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while providing clear, reliable guidance to clients. You’ll also support colleagues and contribute to the continued strength of our service.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare budget estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Evaluate tenders and provide clear, actionable reports
- Conduct interim valuations and prepare cost reports and final accounts, including assessment of contractor claims
- Ensure effective variation control throughout projects
- Report directly to clients, including delivering presentations
- Manage your own projects independently, without technical supervision
- Lead and manage teams of technical staff within the practice
- Develop existing client relationships and identify opportunities to attract new clients
- Work closely with Partners and senior management to support the development of the Cost Management division
- Take responsibility for projects on a day-to-day basis, replacing direct Partner involvement where required
- Undertake tasks typically carried out by Partners, exercising independent management and professional judgement
About you:
- MRICS (or equivalent) and degree qualified
- Proven Cost Management experience with a track record of leading and developing teams
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and cost processes
