Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling Barbican harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table. As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant as though it were your own. This includes supporting the GM in recruitment, training, stock management, sales and labour forecasting, cash management and all aspects of health and safety. Running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests fantastic service will always be your priority.
