We are looking for a fired up sous chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant environment where we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza, get in touch today.
We've moored ourselves right at the heart of Falmouth's beautiful Custom House Quay, in the Old Custom House itself. Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling harbour, there are views of the water from just about every table, as well as tonnes of outside waterfront seating. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients, we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers.
We will be opening up again over the next few months and want to create a great team of people who can work hard and take pride in what they do. As a senior kitchen member, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and also running your own shifts in a professional and organised way. Other duties will include managing stock via ordering, weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with writing rotas, invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
